sJIA 的发病机制可能为各种感染性微生物的特殊成分作为外来抗原,作用于具有遗传学背景的人群,激活免疫细胞,通过直接损伤或分泌细胞因子、自身抗体触发异常免疫反应,引起自身组织的损害和变性。尤其是某些细菌、病毒的特殊成分可作为超抗原,直接与具有特殊可变区 β 链(VB)结构的 T 细胞受体结合而激活 T 细胞,激发免疫损伤。
