(5)核因子-κB受体活化因子配体(receptor activator for nuclear factor-κ B ligand,RANKL)是肿瘤坏死因子家族的成员之一,可由跨膜蛋白的形式存在于成骨细胞,也可以可溶性RANKL(soluble RANKL,sRANKL)的形式由成骨细胞分泌至胞外,与破骨细胞表面核因子-κB受体活化因子(receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB,RANK)结合,sRANKL/RANK激活活化T细胞核因子-1(nuclear factor of activated T cell cytoplasmic 1,NFATc1),促进NFATc1去磷酸化及核内转移,调节其下游破骨细胞特有基因组织蛋白酶K(cathepsin K)、破骨细胞相关受体以及抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶的表达,从而促进破骨生成。
